What is recorded in the Ownership Sheet (B-sheet)?
The Ownership Sheet – also called the B-sheet – is the section of the Land Register extract in which all owners of a property are recorded. It shows who owns the plot and the extent of any co-ownership shares.

In the B-sheet, the owners are entered together with the amount of their respective shares – usually expressed as fractions. The Ownership Sheet also contains a reference to the document that forms the legal basis for the acquisition of ownership. This document is deposited in the so-called collection of documents.
Each co-ownership share receives its own consecutive number in the B-sheet, ensuring that individual ownership relationships can be clearly traced.
