Ordering a Corporate Structure on firmenbuchgrundbuch.at is simple and can be completed in just a few steps:

Enter the company name, Business Register Number, VAT Identification Number (UID), or address to find the company you are looking for.
Retrieve an Extract from the Business Register
Enter the company name, Business Register Number (FN) or VAT Identification Number (UID) to receive the current extract instantly.
- Select the Corporate Structure
Select the Corporate Structure using the checkbox in the document list to add it to your cart. If the Corporate Structure has fewer than 4 shareholdings, it is only available free of charge with the purchase of an Extract from the Business Register. If the Corporate Structure has 4 or more shareholdings, it can also be purchased separately. The price depends on the number of shareholdings. - E-mail address
Enter your e-mail address so we can send you the invoice and download link after your purchase. - Payment
Click “pay now”. You will then be redirected to the payment provider. After successful payment, your Corporate Structure is available for download immediately. You will also receive an e-mail with the download link and invoice.
