What is a GISA Extract?
The GISA Extract is issued by the public register Austrian Business Licence Information System (GISA) of the Republic of Austria. This register contains all relevant data on undertakings that have registered a business licence.
A GISA Extract includes, among other things, the following information:
- Business licence
- Name of the holder of the business licence
- Wording of the registered business
- Place or places of business of the undertaking
- Name of the person responsible for business law compliance
The GISA Extract serves as the official proof of a valid business licence and can be retrieved online via the Austrian Business Licence Information System (GISA).
