How long can documents be retrieved after the query?
After a query, you can retrieve your documents free of charge for 14 days.
Retrieve an Extract from the Business Register
Enter the company name, Business Register Number (FN) or VAT Identification Number (UID) to receive the current extract instantly.
In the transactions section of your account, all queries you have carried out are listed. There you can view and download any documents obtained within the last 14 days. At any time and without additional costs.
After this period has expired, access is no longer possible and a new query would be required.
