Retrieve an Extract from the Business Register
Enter the company name, Business Register Number (FN) or VAT Identification Number (UID) to receive the current extract instantly.
Business Register Documents
Through the Business Register Search you can obtain:
- Current Extracts from the Business Register (with electronic judicial signature)
- Annual Financial Reports and Balance Sheets (without electronic signature)
- Additional documents, such as articles of association or minutes
Land Register documents
Through the Land Register Search you can obtain:
- Current Land Register extracts (including A-, B- and C-sheet, with judicial signature)
- Purchase Agreements, deeds of gift, Mortgage and Pledge Deed and other Land Register Documents
Business Licence Register documents
Through the GISA Search you are redirected to the Austrian Business Licence Information Register (GISA). There you can retrieve a GISA Extract free of charge.
