How can I avoid chargeable repeat queries?
All queries via fbgb are logged and billed through the server of the Austrian Federal Computing Centre (BRZ). Repeat queries for the same documents may therefore lead to unnecessary additional costs.
Retrieve an Extract from the Business Register
Enter the company name, Business Register Number (FN) or VAT Identification Number (UID) to receive the current extract instantly.
To avoid this, fbgb recommends checking the transactions section of your account before making a new query, to see whether the desired document has already been retrieved.
In the transactions area, all queries are listed clearly. Using the download link provided there, you can download the documents free of charge for 14 days after the initial query. As often as you like and without any extra fees.
This way, you maintain full cost control and avoid duplicate queries.
