Capital companies – such as Limited Liability Companies (GmbH) – must file their Annual Financial Reports with the competent Regional Court no later than nine months after the Balance Sheet date. The scope of the documents to be filed – such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, notes and management report – depends on the size of the company.
